At RE/MAX Around Atlanta we have made a concerted effort to formulate a comprehensive training program, accredited by the Georgia Real Estate Commission, for new sales agents which combines the talents of Sharon Dover, Broker/Owner of RE/MAX Around Atlanta, and international instructor Mike Collard. New RE/MAX Around Atlanta agents learn the tricks of the trade in an advanced training program offered approximately every six weeks at either our Duluth or Sandy Springs location. Attending classes Monday through Friday new agents will cover a variety of topics to help them get acquainted with RE/MAX Around Atlanta. This week long training program is offered exclusively to RE/MAX Around Atlanta agents. Day one begins with an introduction to the business when FMLS and MLS, along with RE/MAX International procedures, will be explained. Agents will learn what supplies they will need to be successful as well as how to set goals and what the company will pay for. Agents will be informed about RE/MAX Around Atlanta's prelisting package, given an introduction to Five Star Mortgage, the preferred mortgage lender of RE/MAX Around Atlanta, and will meet closing attorney Seth Weissman, of Weissman, Nowack, Curry and Wilco. In the following days, agents will review the purchase and sales agreement, be introduced to the Internet and how they can create a Web site of their own, learn how to price property using Realist.com & FMLS, witness a mock closing and attend a lecture about For Sale By Owner prospecting programs.
