In the 8 week Red Hot Rookie training, RE/MAX Around Atlanta agents will learn to: - Prioritize and complete the income producing activities first
- Manage time effectively
- Build a foundation of listings
- Nurture their sphere of influence to build a stronger referral base
- Apply focused prospecting techniques
- Track activities and fine tune skills
- Develop "buyer" skills
...and much more! Weekly activities will be assesed on a daily basis, measuring the number of listing contacts made, listing appointments attended, listing prospects generated and listings obtained. As students gain skills and confidence, assignments will become increasingly challenging so they will have the traction needed to stop ruffling their feathers and become top Swans in the organization.
